7. Payments and invoices

SMARTNETXPERTS SOLUTIONS LIMITED may issue invoices that contain instructions for bank transfer to the company’s designated corporate account. You are responsible for using correct payment instructions and confirming any unusual change to payment details through our official contact channels before making a payment.

We will never ask you to provide your card PIN, password, one-time authentication code, or online-banking login credentials through ordinary email, WhatsApp, website forms, or invoices.

Payment obligations, due dates, taxes, currencies, refunds, cancellation terms, service terms, and any payment consequences are governed by the applicable invoice and any separate written agreement. A website page, draft quotation, consultation request, or invoice-retrieval result does not by itself amend a written agreement.

An invoice’s availability, verification, display, or retrieval does not by itself confirm that a payment has been received, cleared, reconciled, or accepted. Payment status remains subject to SMARTNETXPERTS SOLUTIONS LIMITED’s finance confirmation and the relevant financial records.
